The He Is Me I Am Him 2024 Trans Man Calendar was more than our first project—it was our declaration.

Created to confront the lack of visibility for transgender men, this calendar centered our bodies, our identities, and our humanity through art and storytelling. Each image challenged stereotypes, reclaimed narrative, and affirmed what the world too often overlooks: we are here, and we deserve to be seen.

This project sparked conversation, built connection, and laid the foundation for the work we continue today. It represents the heart of our mission—using creative expression to build brotherhood, foster understanding, and push visibility to the forefront.

What started as a calendar became a movement.

The Beginning of the Movement.

I’m Rell Lowery and I had the privilege of being featured in the 2024 He Is Me, I Am Him 2024 Calendar. Not only was this ground breaking, but this was also a huge message to the world that we will stand in our authenticity no matter what. Being apart of the first ever, all Transmen calendar is historic. A project like this had never been done, but was well overdue. We got an opportunity to show up individually and as a unit to display our truths. We’re not ashamed, not hiding, not living in fear, or anything close to it. Let me also add, we look damn good doing it too! Aiko and his team have set the bar high for those to come next and

I’m looking forward to seeing this project continue to display more of my brothers in the future.
